Our main office is strategically situated between New York City and Boston, adjacent to the campus of Brown University in the vibrant academic city of Providence, Rhode Island. Local clients are welcome to call to setup an appointment for an in-person consultation.

We are always available via telephone from 8AM-8PM EST, Mon-Fri; and from 9AM-5PM EST on Saturday. We also pride ourselves on our very prompt and in-depth e-mail responses, almost always within an hour. If your situation is urgent or time-sensitive and you need assistance either outside of our normal working hours or on the weekend, please feel free to give us a call or send an e-mail explaining your situation. We will surely answer all urgent queries very promptly, often even late at night or on the weekends.
Whether initial contact is via phone or e-mail, please be prepared to discuss the specifics of your project, the format of your data, your timeline for needing assistance, and any other relevant information regarding your proposed consultation with us. Of course, we respect the confidentiality of your project and would be happy to supply you with a non-disclosure agreement before discussing specifics, at your request.
