The project manager you speak with will follow you and your work through the entire process, and he or she will be available for constant communication through phone and e-mail.

2. We e-mail you our non-disclosure agreement, which is an agreement we have signed pledging to protect the confidentiality of your research and not disclose it to third parties.

3. Your project manager reviews any data, references, proposals, or other materials you may have in order to understand your expectations and evaluate what services we can offer you. If you are not at the stage where you have any materials, the project manager can discuss your goals for the project with you. He or she will then immediately contact you with a quote.
